The Songhees Innovation Centre is open to all Indigenous-led organizations including nonprofits, small businesses, and solo entrepreneur or artist enterprises. We welcome all self-identified Indigenous innovators and their teams into the space.  

Conditions of coworking at the Songhees Innovation Centre include being respectful of Songhees Nation, our hosts, and being respectful of your fellow SIC members. Membership agreements are subject to a Code of Conduct.

      After hours access to office space; permanent desk with designated space. Access to a locked filing cabinet.

      Access Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm; access to any ongoing SIC events.

      Mailing address and phone extension.

      Access to any ongoing SIC events and 2 days of access per month of working time.

    • $25/day Drop-in Rate

      Access to desk and any office services for 1 day (access 9am-5pm). Availability on a first come, first served basis.

  • Songhees Members Unlimited Coworking    chevron-down

    • $50/month

      Full access to all SIC services, potential for further discount if current student, employment and training program attendees. Available only to Songhees Band Members.
